About the training courses
Delivering business training for your organisation
All Canadian In Store business training can be delivered as in-company courses. We can help you with all your communication needs, from presentation skills to assertiveness training, from business writing to media and sales training, and much more. We’ll work closely with you to understand your business, identify your learning outcomes and select a course or programme to meet those needs. Our trainers will be fully briefed on your objectives for the session and on the participants for the day. This will enable them to tailor their approach to each individual in the room.
After the course, you’ll receive feedback from everyone who attended the course, so you can see the benefit of the learning to each participant and your business. We also pay close attention to their feedback, so that we’re continually assessing, improving and advancing the quality of what we do.
Bespoke training and coaching
Some of our clients ask us to deliver our courses as outlined on this site and in our directory. Others ask us to create bespoke training, tailored to meet their specific needs. We have extensive experience of designing courses to suit your circumstances and culture and that are relevant to your business, your objectives and your people. Of course, all coaching is bespoke and will work through the particular issues and needs of the client.
